This chicken slicer is made with bacteria-proof AISI 304 stainless steel and features (2) 12 3/16" x 4 3/4" quick-release conveyor belts for maximum food sanitation. This chicken fillet slicer is designed to reduce manual labor hours and increase overall production in retail and wholesale commercial settings by automatically slicing 1 boneless chicken breast into 4 uniform-sized fillets. It has a 7 breast-per-minute capacity and cuts up to 1,028 boneless breasts into approximately 4,112 individual fillets per hour with a maximum product thickness of 1 3/4" per fillet.

This commercial chicken slicer is ideal for ready-to-cook restaurants, commissaries, grocery stores, and delis to produce grab-and-go, case-ready, and tray-packed fillets.
