iSi 271801 Stainless Steel Injector Tip

These injector tips are great for marinating meats and poultry. Also great for injecting donuts, crème puffs and cupcakes. They come with protective plastic sleeves. Works with mousses jellies and any cremes or custards.

I use the tip for injecting a chocolate mousse into a doughnut, at first I was a little wary because I was afraid it wouldn’t come out of the injector tip airy and with volume but it was perfect it came out the same as it would a regular whip tip!

I have only used the long tips to inject into my turkey. The iSi Whip canisters can be used for more then whip cream. I made a tasty marinate for my turkey. These needles made that easy and convenient. With the NO2. It gets the marinade I have whipped up. Go in further/deeper then I could myself.
