The InSinkErator SS-100-47 is a 1 hp commercial garbage disposer that's suitable for use at soiled dish tables or vegetable prep areas in a restaurant, hotel, hospital, or cafeteria kitchen that serves up to 150 persons per meal. It features a totally enclosed, air-cooled motor that's designed for efficiency and long life, thanks to its built-in thermal overload protection. Plus, the disposer includes a durable stainless steel grind chamber with stationary and rotating cast nickel chrome alloy cutting elements; these help ensure dependable service. For lasting sanitation, the unit's exterior is paint free, with an all stainless steel and chrome plated construction.
This commercial disposer requires a 208-230/460V, 60 Hz, 3 phase electrical configuration for operation.
This model replaces the InSinkErator SS-50, SS-75, and SS-125 garbage disposers.
