The Imperial Range IR-4-SU-XB Pro Series 24" step-up space saver 4 burner natural gas range with a cabinet base is designed to be a versatile and efficient addition to your establishment! The unit's compact 24" width helps to save space in busy kitchens and makes it a perfect fit for cooking areas of various sizes.
With 4 cast iron burners, this unit allows you to cook multiple items at the same time. Since this model has a step-up top, the rear burners are raised by 4" so that you can more easily reach pans at the rear of the range. Each 32,000 BTU burner is equipped with exclusive PyroCentric™ anti-clogging technology and is removable for easier cleaning. The burners feature two rings of flame for quick and even heating, as well as a low-simmer feature for versatility when cooking. Each burner has a standing pilot light for instant ignition and a 100% safety light for peace of mind.
Boasting a stainless steel exterior with welded, polished, stainless steel seams, this unit provides outstanding durability in your busy, commercial establishment. Since it has a cabinet in the base rather than an oven, you can use the unit to store the most frequently-used items your cooks need.
