The Imperial Range Pro Series IR-4-G12-XB liquid propane 4 burner 36" range with a 12" griddle and cabinet base is designed to be a versatile and efficient addition to your establishment! It offers powerful open top burners, a left side griddle, and a convenient cabinet base to make the most of every square inch of space.
With its open top burners, this unit allows you to cook multiple products at once. Each 32,000 BTU burner is equipped with exclusive PyroCentric™ anti-clogging technology and is removable for easier cleaning. The burners feature two rings of flame for quick and even heating, as well as a low-simmer feature for versatility when cooking. Each burner has a standing pilot light for instant ignition and a 100% safety light for peace of mind.
The 12" left-side griddle top has a highly-polished, 3/4" thick steel plate, making it perfect for cooking a variety of foods from pancakes and eggs to grilled cheese and even burgers! The griddle burner has an output of 20,000 BTU and a heat deflector to keep the temperature even and consistent. The steel construction also provides the unit with excellent heat retention and quick recovery. Plus, the griddle features a 3" wide grease trough, large removable grease can, and full-width drip tray for easy cleaning.
Since this unit has a cabinet base, you can use it to keep frequently-used cooking tools close by for your workers. Boasting a stainless steel exterior with welded, polished, stainless steel seams, this unit provides outstanding durability in your busy, commercial establishment. Since this unit comes with 6" adjustable stainless steel legs, it can accommodate uneven floors. This unit requires a liquid propane connection for operation.
