Featuring a 125,000 BTU anti-clogging jet burner, this range offers an intense cone-shaped flame to reach hot temperatures and a continuous pilot light for easy, instant ignition. Boasting a durable stainless steel construction with welded and polished seams, this unit has a sleek appearance and is built to last in busy commercial kitchens.
The top grate is constructed of cast iron for excellent heat retention and has a built-in rolled rim for easy loading. It is also removable to make cleaning a breeze. The range is operated by two adjustable gas valves that can individually operate the inner and outer burner rings for ultimate flexibility. The control knobs on this unit are cast aluminum and feature a heat protection grip, keeping your staff safe even when the range is at its hottest temperature.
An open cabinet base is included for convenient storage, and a drip pan makes for easy cleaning. It also has four adjustable heavy duty legs for comfortable use. This unit requires a natural gas connection for operation.
