With removable cast iron top grates that provide signature, attractive char-broiler markings this unit is ideal for grilling burgers, hot dogs, chicken, and even shrimp! The slanted cooking surface is designed to provide a range of temperatures to cook various products at once, and the cast iron radiants deflect heat towards the cooking surface to ensure quick recovery and heat retention while keeping your kitchen cool. Plus, the insulated cook top conserves energy.
This unit boasts a durable stainless steel construction with welded and polished seams, and cast aluminum control knobs with heat protection grips. It has a space-saving countertop design, making it easy to place on top of existing refrigerated bases and equipment stands. For quick and easy cleaning, each grate blade has a cast-in grease trough which directs fat to the full-width grease gutter. This charbroiler also includes a 5" landing edge with ample space for plating food, and 4" heavy-duty legs with adjustable feet for comfortable use. This unit requires a liquid propane connection for operation.
