The Imperial Range open burner range is designed to be a versatile and efficient addition to your establishment! With 4 open cast iron burners, this unit's spacious cooktop allows you to cook up to four stock pots or fry pans full of product at the same time. Each 40,000 BTU burner is equipped with anti-clogging technology and is removable for easier cleaning.

To keep the user's hands protected during use, each burner is controlled by cast aluminum knobs that are complete with heat-protection grips. The gasket-free one-piece Venturi base slopes down to the burner to create stronger and more efficient heating and includes a low-simmer feature for versatility when cooking. Wavy "S" shaped cast iron burner grates keep grease and debris away from the pilot and are removable for easy cleaning.

Boasting a stainless steel exterior with welded, polished, stainless steel seams and elevated on sturdy 6" heavy-duty legs, this unit provides outstanding durability in your busy commercial establishment. Featuring a cabinet in the base rather than an oven, you can use easily store cooking tools, pots and pans, and other supplies that you need close at hand. Additionally, the large 5" landing edge offers ample space for convenient plating. This unit requires a natural gas connection.
