Upgrade your restaurant's cooking capabilities by adding this Imperial Range IHPA-4-24-E 24" electric 4 burner hot plate to your commercial kitchen. With (4) 9" round plate elements, this unit allows you to cook four stock pots or fry pans at the same time with maximum pan contact. The plates provide a solid flat surface for quick and even heating and they are operated by infinite heat controls for easy, flexible operation.
The unit has a durable stainless steel construction with welded and polished seams, and a solid top that prevents spills for easy cleaning. The cast aluminum control knobs include heat protection grips to protect users hands, while a large 5" landing ledge provides a convenient place to plate food. Complete with 4" adjustable stainless steel legs, this unit can be easily placed on an equipment stand or refrigerated base. This unit requires 208V, 1 phase electrical connection for operation.
