These come disassembled which is actually quite nice. They are easy to put together and take apart which makes for easy cleaning. You can also assemble more than 3 pieces if you need something larger. The only thing that could use improvement would be the rubber feet. There are not enough included. Our table tops are very smooth and some of our pizza pans are quite large and heavy. As a result, the pans can slide around a bit. The feet help but not enough to prevent the holder from sliding around the table as well.
