Boost sales with this Howard McCray 35 series hot food case! This hot food case is great for displaying hot food items in restaurants, cafeterias, or buffets. It includes 6 individual thermostatically controlled wells, allowing you to display multiple dishes in one location. These wells have individual drains and can be used as a wet or dry well to keep food warm. Each well has overhead LED lighting and a flood lamp for proper illumination and heating. This unit features a single-pane, tempered safety glass front with a 21" viewing area for clear visibility.
This unit has a heavy-gauge steel super structure with a white exterior and interior and a heavy-gauge stainless steel top and mirrored trim. It also features a stainless steel deck area around the wells for easy cleaning. The exterior boasts a 1" front bumper to protect against bumps from shopping carts, and it has a vented front to minimize moisture on the glass. The interior is easily accessible with 4 double-pane, removable rear doors. This unit has foamed-in-place CFC insulation to help retain temperatures. It requires a 120/240V, 3-phase electrical connection for operation.
