Hoshizaki WF48B-01 Details
Increase the frozen storage capacity in your kitchen with the Hoshizaki Steelheart B Series WF48B-01 48" worktop freezer with door locks! With its 2-in-1 design, it not only provides a durable worktop to prep food, but also allows for convenient access to frozen food items. Plus, its backsplash catches any spills from food debris to keep the area clean. Made with a durable stainless steel exterior and interior, this unit is built to withstand tough, busy kitchen environments with ease.
The self-closing doors boast a high-grade stainless steel exterior with an ABS interior liner. The doors are spring-assisted with 90 degree stay-open features to easily load and unload product and they have magnetic gaskets to reduce temperature loss. The gaskets are protected by a "stepped" door design and are removable for cleaning. The extruded aluminum, flush-mounted handles make the door easy to open while the cylinder locks control access to product. Plus, the doors feature a field reversible design to best accommodate your space.
This freezer is tested to perform in ambient temperatures of 100 degrees Fahrenheit and consistently maintains temperatures between -10 and 10 degrees Fahrenheit for efficient operation. This model has an innovative air flow design that helps to ensure even cooling in every part of the cabinet. The cabinet and doors have 2" thick CFC-free, foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation, and the 1/3 hp refrigeration system runs on eco-friendly R290 refrigerant, making it an environmentally responsible choice for your business.
Two 21 3/8" x 16" epoxy-coated shelves are included to organize product and are adjustable in 1/2" increments to best fit your product. This unit also comes with 6" casters, making the freezer easy to move as needed. Two of these casters include brakes, steadying the unit for safe use. This unit requires a 115V electrical connection for operation and comes with a 10' cord and plug.
