Hobart PPASTRY-HL4030 Details
Designed to work with a 30 qt. bowl on Hobart HL300 all-purpose Legacy mixers, and 30 - 40 qt. bowls on HL400 all-purpose Legacy mixers, this PPASTRY-HL4030 "P" pastry knife cuts through the thickest of dough to easily combine ingredients, making it the ideal tool for mixing pastry and pie dough. For stirring, this product's recommended setting is low speeds; for cutting, its recommended setting is medium speeds.
