Hobart EDOUGH-HL60 Details
Use this EDOUGH-HL60 "E" dough hook with a 60 qt. bowl on Hobart HL600 and HL600C all-purpose Legacy mixers, or your HL662 pizza mixer. It mixes, folds, and stretches even the thickest pizza and bread dough. Hobart's quick release agitators make it easy to install this hook, or remove it from the agitator shaft for cleaning. Made of heavy-duty aluminum, this attachment was designed for long-term use in a commercial kitchen.
