Designed to work with an 80 qt. bowl on Hobart L800, M802, and V1401 all-purpose mixers, this EDDOUGH-ALU080 aluminum "ED" dough hook folds and stretches even the thickest pizza dough, bread dough, and more! This product's recommended setting is first and second speeds for 2 and 3-speed mixers, and first, second, and third speeds for 4-speed mixers.
