This durable stainless steel whip is designed to blend maximum amounts of air into light products, making it ideal for creating luscious whipping cream or beating egg whites. It's great to have an extra on hand to reduce downtime during busy periods in your commercial kitchen or bakery! This product's recommended settings are second and third speeds for 3 speed mixers, or third and fourth speeds for 4 speed mixers.
