Unfortunately, a local culinary school went out of business and all of the items they had were auctioned off. Lucky for me, I was able to purchase the Hobart HL200 20 quart mixer for alot less then I would of paid brand new. The mixer had all of the attachments, but someone I ended up with a 30 quart mixer flat beater instead of the one that actually went with the mixer. I ordered the beater and it does exactly what it is supposed to do. Fast shipping and the beater fits perfect. Couldn't ask for anything better. Don't forget to call in and get your code for the lower price that is not shown on the website.
