Hobart 6430-CBTSST Details
This Hobart 6430-CBTSST cabinet base with peel trap is designed to strain and trap peelings from your model 6430 peeler to facilitate fast kitchen prep and cleaning! The peel-trap basket is suspended from the discharge hose, inside the sink, to strain and trap the peelings from the discharge water before reaching the drain. Made of heavily-tinned, perforated steel, this unit can be operated on a sink shelf or table and its flanged steel legs are adjustable and detachable. This unit can also be used without legs with the 6430 model's optional portable stand. A special clamp for the hose is furnished with the basket. 19" of clearance width is needed to remove peel trap from cabinet base.
