The Hobart 6115-CBTSST cabinet base and trap converts the 6115 portable potato peeler into a stationary unit. It's easy to assembly, and raises the peeler to a convenient working height, while also catching the discarded peels. A slide-in peel trap is easy to empty and is made of durable, corrosion-resistant stainless steel, just like the cabinet base. Three heavy-duty cast aluminum legs provide superb stability and can be adjusted to account for uneven floor surfaces.
