This Hobart 15SFSLC-5/16 5/16" soft slicing plate is a great way to increase the versatility of your FP150 or FP250 series food processor! This plate produces a slicing action that is particularly great when dealing with soft, fleshy fruits and vegetables that other slicer grids can't handle. It makes a 1/2" slice and can also be paired with compatible soft dicing grids to dice softer products.
