We have been using this rack for refilling ketchup bottles for many years. Even with our heavy usage, we can depend on one of these lasting 3-4 years before replacing.
The Heinz Organic Ketchup tends to separate in this unit, and the liquid leaks out the valve. I am constantly cleaning up spills. Not sure if it is a fault in the manufacture of the ketchup or in the manufacture of the dispenser, which is why I gave three stars. Nice concept, but not working as well as I expected it to.
