This shower and eye / face wash station is constructed with 1 1/4" IPS schedule 40 hot-dipped galvanized steel pipe and fittings that are extremely durable. It also sports a powder-coated cast-iron 9" diameter floor flange that provides corrosion resistance and added longevity. The green epoxy paint improves the protection and durability of the unit. The ball valves of this unit are stainless steel and corrosion- and breakage-resistant. They are crafted to allow the flushing of water with a quick and simple pull of a lever or push of a flag.

The shower and eye / face wash components of this emergency station can be used simultaneously. The shower has a 20 gpm flow and the eye / face wash has a 3.7 gpm flow. These flow controls are effective and practical for emergency situations. The showerhead is constructed with durable ABS plastic and sports a hydrodynamic design. This design provides an equal distribution of water throughout the entire flow. The eye / face wash station has an 11" stainless steel round bowl. It is also equipped with an in-line mesh water strainer made with chrome-plated brass. This strainer filters debris and prevents it from reaching and potentially damaging the unit. The eye / face wash and valve assembly arrive pre-built and completely water and pressure tested, ensuring proper function and no leakage. This emergency shower and eye / face wash station is ideal for use in industrial facilities that use injurious or corrosive materials.
