Ordered this recently for canning. Arrived very much defrosted and molded in 3 days. Price was great, but it is packaged in boxes and not shrink wrapped, so it will mold. Just didn't expect it to mold so quickly. It is good tasting bacon, but of the box I just loaded into the canner, I had to throw away about a third of the box due to mold.
