The programmable touch-pad controls are easy to use and let you make quick adjustments to cooking times so you can quickly switch between toasting different types of foods. If you're changing over from toast to croissants, or bagels to texas toast, having the ability to alter the toaster's settings with just a touch will save you valuable time and labor. Plus, the internal memory can hold up to 20 product settings at a time and you can easily change the programming through the use of the built-in USB port. The USB port also allows you to transfer product usage information if you need a record for your files.

The built-in Spot-On technology senses when a product is placed on the conveyor and automatically activates the set toast cycle. This toaster has reflectors behind both sets of elements to provide even color and more efficient energy usage.

The ColorGuard sensing system monitors and adjusts conveyor speed and temperature to toast food consistently. A probe near the opening monitors the temperature constantly so the system senses when the cabinet temperature drops. Then, the belt speed is automatically reduced to account for the lower temperatures. This smart technology results in more consistent batches for a quality product every time.

For energy efficiency, a power saver mode automatically kicks on after a set amount of time to reduce energy usage during slower periods. Plus, Hatco toasters are insulated, resulting in some of the coolest surface temperatures in the industry for added safety!

This toaster is built for low maintenance and cleanability. It comes equipped with a filtered air inlet, removable crumb tray, and a collector ramp for easy cleaning. The self-cleaning elements, along with the permanently pre-lubricated, sealed motor and conveyor drive ensure that your staff will spend less time cleaning and maintaining this toaster.

To keep up with your commercial operation, this toaster has a capacity of up to 900 slices per hour, depending on the product being toasted. This unit requires a 208V electrical connection for operation.
