Hatco HRDW-2U Details
An excellent addition to any Mexican restaurant, Chinese buffet, or Korean barbecue, this Hatco HRDW-2U drawer warmer is just what you need to keep a large supply of delicious rice hot and ready to serve! This unit features two drawers that each accept a Panasonic 23 cup rice pot, providing time and labor savings by eliminating the need to transfer product from one pan to another. It even has a stainless steel utensil well that accepts the included stainless steel pan, offering the perfect way to keep a serving instrument or other utensil close at hand. And since the top, bottom, and sides of the cabinet are all fully insulated, this rice drawer warmer offers excellent energy efficiency to go hand in hand with the digital electronic control for even heat through the holding cavity.
Inside, its heavy duty drawer slides are made from strong 12-gauge material, which is stronger than the 18-gauge material standard warmers use. The drawer operates on top of nylon rollers, which are better than metal ones as they won't warp, bend, or rust over time. Additionally, the front handles are designed with an angled shape to deflect cart traffic and protect this unit.
From the stainless steel exterior to the heavy-duty drawers with robust telescopic slides, this unit's rugged construction is sure to withstand the rigors of a harsh commercial kitchen environment. It requires a 120V electrical connection for operation.
