This Hatco HDWTC-1 freestanding one drawer warmer with touchscreen controls is perfect for keeping all of your culinary creations at just the right temperature and texture until they're ready to eat! A heavy-duty drawer is made from strong 12-gauge material, which is sturdier than the 18-gauge material standard warmers use. This drawer supports plenty of weight and resists wear and tear from consistent commercial use. It slides freely on nylon rollers, which are better than metal ones as they won't warp, bend, or rust over time. Vent slides on the drawer allow you to control how much moisture escapes or stays inside, so the texture of food remains perfect right up until it's time to serve it!
An angled touchscreen above the drawer allows you to visually control the temperature inside. A timer alerts you audibly and visually when the holding time is up so you won't forget about food in the drawer. Easily update the software for this drawer warmer with a built-in USB port that makes technological maintenance a breeze. This drawer is easy to clean thanks to side panels that snap out and a seamless interior construction. Additionally, the front handles are designed with an angled shape to deflect cart traffic and protect this unit. The drawer will hold a standard 12" x 20" food pan up to 6" deep full of meats, veggies, and other signature menu items, and the pan can be lifted straight out for easier, more efficient use. For dishes that will not fill a full size food pan, this drawer accommodates 1/2 size and 1/3 size food pans, giving you the versatility of multiple foods. This drawer warmer includes 4" adjustable plastic legs for easy assembly and operation as a freestanding unit and an invaluable addition to your commercial kitchen!
