We were replacing this same product. Our other warmer was over 10 years old. It ran 7 days a week for 16-18 hours per day. It was very reliable. when it started going bad of course we looked for the same item to replace it with. Hopefully we will get another 10+ years out of this one.

Best food warmer in the business! These last for a long time with no problems! Only advice I could give is to use distilled water instead of tap water when filling up the water.

we use this hatco food holding for our slices of pizza display it looks great and its easy to clean. we replaced our old pizza warmer with this one and it looks great

Great pizza warmer. We keep our slice pizzas in this warmer. It's easy to clean with removable glass panels and heats up quickly in the morning.

Bought this to replace the 2 ServIt rotating pizza warmers that fail probably once every 2 months and are almost impossible to repair efficiently. This one is about 4" taller than ServeIt and 3x the price but you can tell that it's a better build. For one, the LED light strips are way easier to clean and the water fill tank works properly. In the ServIt, the water line goes upwards from the fill tank to the tank, meaning you have to use force (aka water) to push the water down the line and up. You can imagine how annoying and messy that it. This one fills like a dream. Docking a star for a few reasons that I think are important if you're comparing the two different brands.
