4 tea bags Harvey & Sons Organic Peppermint Herbal Tea
16 oz. water
Ice
2 oz. bourbon
1 oz. simple syrup
3-5 leaves fresh mint

To make boil water and steep tea bag for 8 minutes. Next fill pitcher with ice, pour the hot tea over ice and chill until ready for use. Place mint leaves in bottom if a glass, using a muddle or end of a wooden spoon press the mint leaves into the bottom of the glass. Add simple syrup, bourbon and tea. Top with ice and mint.
