To prepare this tea, heat your water to 212 degrees Fahrenheit and steep a tea bag for 5 minutes. Each tea bag can be used to brew an individual cup of tea, or you can use 2 or more tea bags to prepare a pot for guests to share! 6 tea bags or sachets Harvey & Sons Decaf Earl Grey Tea
3 cups water
1/2 cup medium black tapioca pearls
2 cups brown sugar
1/4 cup half and half

To make add tea bags to 2 cups water and bring to a boil, remove from heat and let cool to room temperature. In a different pan, bring 1 cup of water to a boil, add tapioca pearls, boil until soft (about 20 minutes), remove from heat, and drain pearls with a strainer (retain hot water). Add brown sugar to the hot water, stir till dissolved. Add pearls and let them soak for up to 30 minutes. Store pearl bubbles and brown sugar syrup separately. To assemble, divide the pearls between two glasses, add ice, then add the brown sugar syrup, tea, and half and half.
