This versatile heat lamp is perfect for keeping steam pans, trays, and serving platters at optimal serving temperatures. It features 4" diameter mounting flanges for mounting to a countertop or cutting board, ensuring excellent stability. Its (4) 250W infrared bulbs are shatterproof for safe use. All internal components are rated to withstand high temperatures of up to 392 degrees Fahrenheit.
