This Halifax 48" x 84" hood wall panel is designed to help you meet fire and health code requirements on your cooking line! If your kitchen's walls are made from a material with limited combustibility like drywall / gypsum board, this panel will help you achieve the necessary protection to meet fire safety requirements. And since the panel is made from 20 gauge, 430 stainless steel with a #4 finish, it gives further protection against flames while also providing the smooth, wipeable wall surface that most health code regulations require. It's a necessity behind most hot cooking lines, even if your walls are made from a non-combustible material like brick or cinderblock.

Two end caps are provided with your order, regardless of the number of wall panels ordered. These caps are used to secure the sides of your panel installation, whether you have just a few or an entire wall lined with them. The end caps measure 1 1/4" by 84" and feature oval slots in 6" - 8" increments, allowing you to adhere the panels to the wall with countersunk screws. You can also apply the panels to the wall using liquid nail. For every panel ordered after the first, you will also receive one seam strip to join your panels together (For example, if you order 2 panels you will receive 1 seam strip. Order 4 panels and you'll receive 3 seam strips).
