A perfect solution for applications where a continuous water supply isn't available for a traditional plumbed unit, this unit can be conveniently wall mounted with the included bracket or placed on a countertop. A bright orange insulation jacket is made of nylon that is waterproof as well as mildew and abrasion resistant. Silicone rubber heating pads deliver 410W of power, allowing for effective operation in temperatures as low as -20 degrees Fahrenheit. A temperature controller is also included with an easy-to-read LCD screen and a green LED status indicator that lets users know the pads are activated.
To use, simply pull down on the bright yellow eyewash tray and gravity will deliver a soft spray of water through the dual spray heads at a rate of 0.5 gallons per minute. For added safety, the AquaGuard eyewash station includes an 8 oz. bottle of Aquasep. This bacteriostatic additive is mixed into the clean, potable water to help protect against the growth of bacteria, fungus, algae, and acanthamoeba. The eyewash station boasts a convenient integrated carrying handle for simple transportation and a rugged polyethylene construction to reliably support the full weight of the unit when filled.
