This Guardian Equipment AP470-120R quad FS-Plus spray head assembly acts as a direct replacement for the original part. The dual heads spray water to flush out any contaminants that get into the eyes or face. This part is compatible with select Guardian Equipment eyewash stations that use FS-Plus heads. Float-off covers keep dirt and debris from getting into spraying outlets when heads are not in use. If your spray head assembly is broken or no longer operates as it should, be sure to replace it immediately.
