Take your coffee shop to the next level with the Grindmaster Tango Ace espresso and cappuccino machine! Not only will this machine give you the opportunity to add espresso drinks and cappuccinos to your menu, its super automatic functionality will save your barista time in the process. As opposed to two-step machines, this unit has an automated in-the-cup milk drink delivery system that will deposit frothy milk on demand, which will have you pumping out cappuccinos and lattes with ease. An optional Tango STP refrigerator (sold separately) allows milk to be stored and fed directly into your machine to be dispensed as you need it. You can be confident in your purchase of this Grindmaster Espresso machine which includes installation and a 1 year preventative maintenance package.
Ideal for operations that use approximately 25 lb. of beans per week, this machine has two bean hoppers that can hold up to 3.75 and 2.6 lb. respectively and each contain sensors that will notify you when the bean level is becoming low. Hopper stoppers allow for easy hopper removal without loss of beans, so that they may be refilled or cleaned. The beans are ground with 2 precision grinders, complete with durable 64mm Mahlkonig burrs, for long lasting performance.
With 48 programmable and customizable icon recipes, along with an intuitive touch screen display to select these recipes, this unit delivers both speed and consistency. It is very flexible in terms of adapting to different coffee profiles and provides excellent extraction quality. This quality is achieved through full control of 8 infusion variables, including 2 grinders, temperature, tamping, 2 pre-infusion methods, the weight of the coffee, and the volume of water added. The proper execution of all of these parameters is what makes the difference between a run of the mill cappuccino or espresso and one that you're going to tell your friends and family about.
An overabundant steam supply helps eliminate recovery time by producing more steam than is required; this helps reduce down time and lowers the overall time from order to service. A telescopic, programmable hot water dispenser ensures precision and consistent drink production, while a cup warmer ensures your drinks remain hot if you are not immediately serving them.
The day/night mode setting will help save on energy by going into standby mode when you close for the day, and not wasting unnecessary resources. A large built in waste bin can hold up to 120 cycles of used grounds, and includes overfill protection so it is not possible to accidentally overflow the waste holder. This machine features both a quick clean function, that will run after every 90 drinks, as well as a complete cleaning that will occur every 24 hours. This thorough cleaning system will make sure that you are always serving your customers the freshest tasting and most quality drinks possible. The black finish with steel framework and stainless steel panels give this machine both durability as well as a sleek, professional look. This unit requires a 208V electrical connection for operation.
