Wow, the concentrate is really the way to go for our concession stand. And the flavor is super concentrated! The blue raspberry is delicious, but do watch out because it turns everything blue, including your fingers!

This blue raspberry cotton candy concentrate has a good coloring and tastes delicious. I love the concentrates because you can easy manipulate the flavoring to be as strong as you prefer.

This brand is so awful Im not even making it up I should've listen to the reviews the dye is extremely strong and makes it taste horrible like a chemical I used it and it burned and stained my machine it stained and tinted the skin im going to send the unopened one back it seems like its better to stick with the other brand of sugar floss I guess ill take a loss on the one that open its getting trashed I only made one as a tester and didnt want to consume it anymore

Blue Raspberry floss. It save you from having to spend a lot of money for flavored cotton candy sugar, just be careful and use gloves while mixing it because it can get a little too messy

As a party and event rental company in Fort Wayne, IN we have customers wanting different amounts of sugar. This sugar floss is great as you can add your own sugar needed to make a little or big batch. We only buy the concentrate sugar instead of the mix sugar. Also, it has a great taste too. (Of course what cotton candy doesn't). We bought the Blue Rasberry as it is a big seller. Blue and Pink are always two hot sellers.

The Blue Raspberry Cotton Candy concentrate has a wonderful flavor and texture. The concentrate reduces the costs significantly and gives you control of the flavor in the final product. However, I agree with the other reviewer in that the concentrate leaves a buildup of tar on the machine that is difficult to clean. This does not occur with the premixed cotton floss. It may be a result of the size of the sugar crystals. Further review and resolution is needed.

Blue raspberry is the candy version of red raspberries. This has good flavor and color too. The blue is popular for boys but can be enjoyed by all! Save on shipping and just add sugar at home instead of the cartoons
I switched from the premixed sugars to the concentrates last year and so glad I did! The cost is much cheaper, so profits are much higher and the flavors are really good. I do have to use a bit more than recommended of the Blue Raspberry flavor, (I use 3 tablespoons), but it is still well worth it. I find the flavor to be much better than the premixed stuff.
I followed the recommendations of other reviews on this site and i agree, this is by far my most sold flavor. I am so happy with the color and the taste of Great Western Floss that i have no desire to try any other brand! I also changed my ratio to 3 tablespoons floss to 4 pounds of sugar, which is still a HUGE savings over the pre-mixed and way tastier!
I bought this concentrate as a way to save money on floss sugar after previously buying the pre-mixed Great Western floss sugar. The instructions recommend 1 or 2 tablespoons per 10lb bag of sugar. I find that the best ratio to get the same exact color when the candy is made is 3 tablespoons per 4lb bag of sugar. With that ratio you will be able to do roughly twelve 4lb bags of sugar, so the cost savings is still substantial. You can do fewer tablespoons, but the bright blue color will be less vibrant, and the bright color attracts the eyes. Also, don't try to match the color of the sugars, only the finished cotton candy. The pre-mixed variety is much darker before being spun, but they are the same color afterwards.

This concentrate was a fantastic way to mix up pounds and pounds of cotton candy sugar. We mixed it with regular sugar and then spun it into cotton candy for a Children's Festival sponsored at our church. The Blue Raspberry was quite popular as it left a very blue mouth after being eaten. (Kid's love this!) My only caution with it is that if you are making several flavors/colors of cotton candy, make this one last as it tends to color several batches afterwards blue.
I was hesitant and worried to try this, but it worked perfectly and has cut my cost by 70%. Will be trying the other flavors soon.
I'm not the biggest fan of the concentrates for a few reasons.If you make a floss mixture with normal sugar and use it in your machine it will burn up and tar your machine.The texture you get with this method in my opinion is better than premixed floss but I do not feel the exchange of ware and tear on your machine and the hassle of mixing is worth the price different or taste difference. To use up my concentrates I will how ever try and use them in baking to see what other uses there are for it.

The concentrate for cotton candy is wonderful. Just mix a small amount with your sugar and it will go a long way. Much more economical than what is already mixed.
Increased our profit margin by going with the concentrate. Great taste and produces fluffy cotton candy. Nice bright blue color. Perfect product. Will be buying more of this in the future.
This one is always a favorite. We run out of it pretty quick. Think we make close to 30 or so cotton candies and the blue Ras always goes first. Maybe cuz girls will pick blue but boys will not pick pink haha.
Decided to try this over Gold Medal Flossine and see how it compared. Highly recommend this brand. Very bright, rich colors and the flavor is good. I like the fact that you can add the amount of concentrate to regular sugar that works the best for you.
