This product is amazing. The mix is perfect and provides my customers with excellent taste. I also use this mix for my fried oreo's and people to love it. The water ratio is the only thing that I adjusted as I prefer a little thicker batter versus a more watery one. Overall, I highly recommend this product to anyone.
I have experimented with a few different mixes and I can say that this mix is great when you are first starting out or tight on funds. There is a "better" one out there, but it is twice as much and you can achieve basically the same results with Golden Barrel if you add the appropriate water into your mix. Great product overall! Simple to use and tastes great.
Not the best for commercial use. Maybe better using it at home.. I like my cakes soft this mix seems to make them fry hard
