Golden Barrel 1 Qt. Sulfur-Free Blackstrap Molasses

Good quality product. Tastes just like the molasses I used to get at the grocery store but at a much better value. For cleaner use, I would recommend moving it to some sort of squeeze top container, like an empty honey bottle. I use it in molasses cookies, but I also use it to substitute for brown sugar, just add 1-2T to a cup of white sugar in the recipe.

This molasses tastes amazing. Our clientele are mostly southern, so we could not use subpar molasses in our products. This molasses does not disappoint. We have not found any other brand that can match the quality for the price.

Every single package that I've received from Webstaurant has been heavily damaged and all items have been packed without any care. I ordered this to make homemade gluten free, soy free and corn free tamari sauce for my picky autistic toddler and it literally exploded inside the unsealed bag, leaking onto the other items and into the box itself. I have never seen such reckless packaging before in my life. Don't order liquids from them, it's a bad idea. I have no idea if they were careless because I am not ordering from a restaurant but that would be considered discrimination. I hope they are responsible enough to resend another and take better care but we'll see.

this is some really good tasting molasses, have used in pork shoulder with other spices in a parboil before putting on my smoker, using hickory and pecan wood logs bought from here. it really turned out great.

This molasses has a wonderful rich taste! We made cookies the other day using the molasses and they were actually the best ginger snaps I have made in a long time. The price you can’t beat the quality is wonderful not to mention the taste!

This Molasses is a great price and it 's one of the best tasting molasses that I've tried. We use it in making our Smoky BBQ Vegan Jerky and love the flavor it gives.

i rarely use brown sugar, and so once I buy a bag, it just sits and gets clumpy. So I use molasses to make my own brown sugar when I need it. It is as simple as mixing a spoonful with white sugar. Of course, molasses can also be used in other things.

Believe it or not so I for free molasses is really hard to find in stores. Blackstrap molasses is hot high in iron and I'm planning on using it as a supplement as needed also has a really rich flavor for baked goods.

Tastes just like Grandma's Molasses. It is a GREAT price and makes a really good shoofly pie or gingerbread. I prefer the supreme baking molasses because I feel like it provides a smoother flavor.
