Gluten-Free White Rice Flour - 50 lb.

I am really excited that this is so great! I was nervous because the price is so good that I wasn’t sure what to expect. It exceeded all expectations! The price is wonderful and it’s very fine! I just am not sure how to store it. Although I love that it has a spout so I can close it up easily for storage. I don’t think it’ll be good for long term storing though so I may get some buckets for food storage to keep any unwelcome critters out!

You can't beat the price! This is a good flower for making your own gluten-free all purpose flour mixes, but it's not great since it's not a superfine rice flour. It has a little bit of grit to it. We've made some good breads and cookies with it.

Halal brand is always a decision for quality, even if the price isn't the lowest available. This was a convenience buy to support a gluten-free recipe for the holiday, so worth the extra (minor) expense for 50lbs.

I own a Gluten Free Bakery and this flour is OUTSTANDING! There is no grit or texture difference. Very rarely do I receive any feedback stating they can tell it is Gluten Free.

I just don't know how they do it but you will not find a cheaper price on a great quality of white rice flour. Even with shipping, this is less than half the price I was paying from another company. The texture is very fine and works well in gluten free recipes so you do not get the gritty taste.
