It features 120,000 BTUs of power and a U-shaped burner for outstanding heat supply and even heat distribution to the grill plate. Plus, the 1" thick, highly polished steel griddle plate is ideal for retaining heat temperatures and recovering faster, making it great for kitchens working with large amounts of frozen products.
Designed with your needs in mind, this griddle performs within a temperature range of 200 - 575 degrees Fahrenheit. Its thermostatic controls allow you to set an exact temperature, so you can cook delicate dishes, such as eggs or hotcakes, at the optimal setting. Each burner also has an adjustable pilot with front panel access for easy use.
The griddle's double wall, stainless steel construction ensures long-lasting durability, and the cool-touch front helps prevent burns while operating. Additionally, its 4" wide trough and removable, easy-to-clean stainless steel catch tray makes this unit easy to clean. And thanks to its 4" adjustable stainless steel legs, this griddle can be easily cleaned underneath, while also staying secure and mounted at the perfect operating height.
