This Global Solutions by Nemco GS4250-B aluminum 1/4" onion slicer features a unique, top-down drive that allows you to slice all kinds of fruits and vegetables, quickly and easily in just one smooth stroke. This unit is ideal for cutting large onions, as it can handle onions up to 4" in diameter with the specially-designed, multi-tiered blade assembly, which creates perfect slices every time. The long handle, complete with a wide ergonomic grip, provides plenty of leverage to ease the task. These features ensure that there is no wasted food, and that your produce is cut without crushing or bruising.
The pusher assembly and blades are easy to disassemble, which makes cleaning and storage easy. A wide, four-legged base and nonskid feet ensure that the unit remains in place while cutting. It's made of durable, corrosion-resistant cast aluminum to withstand the rigors of commercial environments.
