Improve portion control and minimize waste with the Global Solutions by Nemco GS4100-B aluminum 1/4" tomato slicer! Using a series of razor sharp blades and an intuitive operating system, this slicer can easily keep up with the demand at your restaurant, hotel, catering company, or food truck. Simply pull the handle back until the pusher assembly locks in place, place a tomato on the slide board between the assembly and the blades, then push the handle forward in one quick, forceful motion.
Once you're ready to slice another tomato, simply wipe the slide board clean of any remaining product and continue slicing! A low base and nonskid feet ensure that the unit remains in place while cutting. The unit is easy to dissemble for thorough cleaning, and it's made of durable, corrosion-resistant cast aluminum to withstand the rigors of commercial environments.
