Thanks to the digital 30 minute timer and the thermostat that's adjustable from 150-500 degrees Fahrenheit, you can adjust your cook cycle to get the perfect results you're looking for time after time! And to make operation as simple as possible, there is a quick one-touch setting of 450 degrees Fahrenheit for 10 minutes so you don't have to worry about inexperienced staff baking at an improper temperature. The tray itself boasts a formed design that prevents food from sliding off the back for added peace of mind
This unit is driven by powerful calrod heating elements that combine a rugged exterior construction to deliver the long-lasting performance you demand! A convenient flip up handle allows you to easily scoop product right out of the oven and into a to-go box, and then flips down and out of the way when not in use. To help expedite end of day cleaning, a removable tray is included so that you can easily get rid of crumbs and excess toppings. A 120V electrical connection is required for operation.
