The Perlick glass froster adds compact convenience that's perfect for any bar, pub, hotel, or night club. Its 8.6 cu. ft. interior holds up to (215) 9 1/2" diameter, 1/2" thick plates or (142) 3" diameter glasses. This relies on the use of 2 optional shelves (sold separately). If using an optional third shelf (sold separately), the glass capacity increases to (172) 3" diameter glasses. This unit comes standard with floor racks.

With a stainless steel interior and exterior, the froster is built to withstand heavy use in commercial environments. It includes a heavy-gauge, dent-resistant sliding door to easily access the interior. The door frame includes a heater so that the door always slides easily. This unit features 2" foamed-in-place Ecomate polyurethane insulation, which adds structural rigidity to the cabinet and helps retain cold air.

This glass froster has an ultra-quiet, high-efficiency 1/4 hp refrigeration system that circulates R-290 refrigerant to maintain temperatures between -10 and 10 degrees Fahrenheit. The thermostat is adjustable within this range using the digital temperature control, and it is factory-set at 0 degrees Fahrenheit. To prevent interior ice build-up, the unit is built with a 6-hour manual defrost system and a 4-hour automatic defrosting evaporator. This unit requires a 120V electrical connection for operation, and it comes with a 6' cord. No condensate plumbing is required.
