Giles GHM-6C/2 SELF Details
Provide an appealing display of your delicious offerings with this Giles 5-well self-serve hot food merchandiser. This merchandiser features independently controlled upper ceramic heating and lower Calrod heating in each well to keep your food hot. Each well includes an easy-to-use control knob. The efficient LED lighting system offers 2,500K warm lighting for a bright, pleasant display of your food. It includes mirror-tint side glass, while the half glass on the front of the unit protects against airborne contaminants while still allowing convenient customer access. It also includes sliding glass doors on the server side of the unit, making it easy to restock the merchandiser. Better yet, the front glass includes a pneumatic hinge that makes it easy to open, and it will remain in place for easy cleaning.
This unit is constructed of durable stainless steel for long-lasting use and easy maintenance. It includes 5 wells that can accommodate pans from 2 1/2" to 4" deep. Each well can hold 1 full size pan plus an additional 1/3 size pan. Better yet, a 7 1/2" deep NSF-grade polyethylene cutting board folds down and extends across the entire width of the unit, providing extra prep and cutting space when needed on the server side of the case. This merchandiser is perfect for delis, bakeries, convenience stores, and quick-serve restaurants.
