Thanks to the rapid temperature recovery, this fryer can effectively shorten cooking cycles. It boasts 10.4 kW of cooking power per vat, 5" casters with front locking brakes for easy transportation, and a wide stance cabinet for improved stability. Plus, with its ventless hood technology, this unit can generally be operated in locations where conventional ventilation hoods are not an option due to restrictions or cost.

This fryer helps extend your oil life with its deep cool zone feature, which helps prevent carbonization of crumbs. It has a computer controller to provide precise fryer control and monitoring with a dual timer and programmable presets up to 50 menu items. Additionally, it has an Auto-Cool energy-saver idle feature, a Force-Filter control, and a Boil-Out program, and it features a password security option and multiple display language selections. Ventless installations require strict restrictions, so Giles Ventless Installation Requirements must be reviewed. A Hood Application Letter (HAL) must be submitted along with any requested documentation, which must be completed, submitted, and approved by Giles prior to order acceptance. A signature on HAL affirms the site meets all ventless requirements.
