I bought this hot cocoa mix in anticipation of the holidays coming up, and having never tried this variety, I was excited to give it a try. The mix calls for the use of milk rather than water, and I gladly obliged with whole milk. It came out smooth and sweet, no need to accompany with marshmallows. It smells strongly of chocolate when you open the bag, as it should, and is very fresh. This isn't a "packet" mix, so you may end up wanting to put this in a sealed jar or vacuum bag to keep it super fresh. The ingredients look really good, nothing negative to note!!
