Great plates we use them to serve rice and beans they do resist a convection oven they are awesome plates to serve tacos hard shell and soft shell. we also use them to take the tortillas wrapped up on these plates. they are very durable because compared to porcelain they don't break and are dish washer safe. Super shinny and lovely color. Again they are way cheaper than what other companies sell plates for around here.
