Once the griddle's legs are removed, the stand posts slide into place and are bolted to the griddle, ensuring a secure fit and a stable working platform. A bottom shelf offers additional stability and storage options for your commercial kitchen so you can always have the right tools close at hand. The (4) 4" casters (2 locking) allow you to easily move your unit for cleaning underneath.
