The Garland S680-18FM-EH 18" fry holding station keeps your signature fried foods warm and delicious until serving, and since it is styled to match S680 Sentry series electric restaurant ranges, it also gives your kitchen a uniform, professional presentation! This station boasts a powerful 1500W heat lamp to keep all your French fries, onion rings, mozzarella sticks, and more at the right temperature. A stainless steel 12" x 20" x 2 1/2" food pan is included to hold them until serving. For added convenience, its spacious cabinet base gives you a place to store extra fryer baskets and other kitchen tools. The Garland S680-18FM-EH 18" fry holding station with heat lamp comes with 6" adjustable legs. A 208V electrical connection is required.
