An outstanding combination of cooking and holding potential, the Garland M42-6T Master series natural gas 2 burner modular top 34" range with 17" even heat hot top is the ideal workhorse for any busy commercial kitchen. This heavy-duty model comes with a durable cast iron hot top, powered by a 30,000 BTU "H" burner that supplies consistent, even heat for stock pot cooking. It also features two 35,000 BTU Starfire burners with conveniently removable heads, and its modular design makes it perfect to mount on a chef base or equipment stand (sold separately).

Its flat, seamless design makes it easy to slide heavy stock pots from the cooking area to holding. As part of Garland's heavy-duty Master series, this powerful range provides exceptional heating for faster cooking times that save you money! Plus, with a 26 7/8" deep cooking area and a generous 7 1/2" stainless steel front rail, the Garland M42-6T is sure to give you all the workspace you need. It boasts a stainless steel front and one-piece drip tray with black epoxy-coated sides that make it both incredibly durable and extremely easy to clean and maintain.
